Canon expands its range by launching the new Cinema EOS C100 EOS Mark II, a professional video camera with large sensor. The sensor is equipped with a Super 35mm CMOS 8.3 megapixel camera, combined with the DIGIC DV 4 of the new generation. The ISO range extends from 320 to 102,400, with a new system for image processing, which improves the performance, reducing moire and aliasing. Mark II EOS C100 uses the Dual Pixels CMOS AF, in addition to supporting the technology Canon’s Face Detection AF, which is used to identify and focus on “hot pursuit” Automatic face.
C100 Mark II allows you to record in two different formats, using Dual Format: you can simultaneously acquire full HD movies in MP4 (up to 35Mbps) or AVCHD (up to 28Mbps), with frame rates up to 60fps on SD memory cards . You may also choose to file separately on two cards, movies in high and low resolution.

The camera can be controlled via web browser, using its built-in Wi-Fi, and support for multi-function remote control Canon RC-V100. The monitor of EOS C100 Mark II was redesigned so as to be rotated even sideways, to gain control of the recovery from any position. The new display is an OLED, chosen for higher contrast ratio, more vibrant colors and faster response times.
The electronic viewfinder (EVF) has been improved, so you can have a larger eye, offering greater flexibility, precision and comfort when shooting. Sound is recorded through the microphone attached to the top handle, or even using the new microphone, which is useful for capturing the sounds even when the handle is removed.
