Lumia 930 review

Lumia 930

Who today wants to choose Windows Phone as the operating system and need a top smartphone certainly can not underestimate the Nokia Lumia 930. This device is currently the most powerful Windows Phone in the market, at least taking into account all aspects of the device, from hardware to the operating system itself. For weeks, in fact, this smartphone comes with Windows Phone 8.1 already installed. As hardware features not fear the comparison with some of the top Android smartphones. Speaking of the design I have to say I was quite pleased with the work accomplished by Nokia. Let’s find out more detail.

The design of the Lumia 930 is a special blend of notable errors and a bit ‘too coarse, at least in my opinion. Great the realization of the aluminum edges, as well as the polycarbonate body which can also be colored. I was not at all satisfied by the thickness. I thought it was much more subtle, instead I pulled out of the box a brick often almost 10 mm. Do not worry. It takes a little getting used to but a top smartphone have to be more subtle. The shell rounded look a bit ‘to disguise this lack, but can not with great success.

As regards the size, is 137 mm high, 71 mm wide and 9.8 mm thick. It weighs 167 grams.

The display is probably what I was most satisfied (with the camera, which we’ll see later) of this Lumia 930 is in fact 5 inches having a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels with a pixel density per inch equal to 441 is fantastic screen that highlights what’s new in Windows Phone 8.1, as the background within the Tile.

Processor, RAM and battery give this device the scepter of the best Windows Phone in the market. The Snapdragon 800 and 2 GB of RAM allow the device to never suffer from slowdown, thanks to the excellent work done by Microsoft with this its SO Mobile. The battery 2420mAh allows then the arrival quiet at the end of the day. I used it for about a week with my iPhone 5s and in the media once every two days. If you use it in an intense way you will arrive safely at the end of the day, for sure!
